The Dot-tail Whiteface (Leucorrhinia intacta) has a dot on its tail and a white face. It doesn’t get any easier than that.

They are supposed to be very common at ponds, but I have, so far, only found them in one place up in Mifflin County.
Their flight period is primarily May and June.
